Unpasteurised cow’s milk, stabiliser: calcium chloride, rennet extract, lactic fermenting agents (MILK), anti-butyric salt, salt. Rind (not edible): olive oil, paprika.

Cuboidelepiped shaped, with rounded edges and corners.
Off white colour. Very small irregularly distributed eyes.
Soft and rubbery texture, not very crumbly, sticky, soluble and slightly moist.
Moderately strong smell with hints of fresh milk, leather, curd and ripening cellars.
Moderately strong aroma with hints of fresh milk, curd and meat broth.
Well-balanced salty and moderately sharp flavour.
Naturally orange rind with paprika.
