How can I purchase from Dalrit S.L.?

What is the minimum order?

There is no minimum order, you can order as much or little as you like.

Are the delivery charges included in the price?

When you place your order, delivery charges will be included depending on the destination of the order. 

  • Delivery charges can be subject to change due to the weight, destination and volume. 
  • Prices for shipment of a single package.  
  • This price is not subject to possible fuel supplements. 

Delivery conditions

When can I receive my order?

We deliver Monday to Friday to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands.

How long does the delivery take?

8 days is the maximum delivery time.

Is there a minimum/maximum order?

There is no minimum or maximum order, you can order as much or little as you like.

Tracking an order

Is there a way to check that my order has been processed correctly? Can I see where my order is?

Yes, once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you another email with the tracking number so you can track your order using the shipping company’s website.

Payment conditions

What payment methods can I use?

At Dalrit you can pay using either a credit or debit card (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard and Maestro).

Is payment safe?

At Darlit we use a completely secure payment system and we also guarantee data confidentiality of your credit or debit card by using an encrypted system directly through the bank. The payment system authenticates that the card is activated for Secure E-Commerce through a secure payment gateway. No transaction will be made without first receiving authentication and authorisation from the card-issuing bank.


The products can be returned within a maximum of 48 hours after delivery.

To request a return, you must send an email to our customer service department (calidad@dalrit.com) indicating your order number, personal details and reason for return.

Once a return has been requested, the shipping company will collect the order, which must be in its original packaging. In all cases, only the amount paid will be refunded, deducting delivery charges.

IMPORTANT: There is no fixed delivery charge, it varies depending on the weight and the destination of the order.

The refund of the purchase amount will be made by bank transfer to the indicated bank account number.

What should I do if the order is incorrect or arrives in an unsatisfactory state?

If you have received an incorrect order or some of the products that you receive are found in an unsatisfactory state, you should contact us via email (calidad@dalrit.com) and we will proceed with either a product refund or a replacement. We must be notified of any error or defect within a maximum of 48 hours after delivery.

If the error is due to the packaging or bad handling during shipping, this must be indicated on the delivery note that the customer will be asked to sign upon delivery.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with sections d) and e) of art. 103 of the RDL 1/2007, the exercise of right of withdrawal will not be applied to the purchase of food products, given that due to their quality and/or composition, they can deteriorate and expire quickly.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the poor quality and/or composition of the product is identified within 48 hours of delivery, a refund or replacement can be requested.

Legislation and jurisdiction (Spain)

The current general conditions will be interpreted in accordance with the Spanish legislation system, which will apply collaterally to any unforeseen matter. (Law 34/2002 of July 11 on information services and electronic commerce).


At any time Dalrit S.L. reserves the right to modify the services provided on the website www.dalrit.com, introducing or eliminating certain services or content that contribute to offering a better service.
